Micro Lubrication Control
Embedded Electronics Systems
This control monitored runtime of a compressor and injected very small amounts of lubrication in to the compression cylinders. It was primarily used on natural gas compressors. If they are over lubricated the pipelines gradually fill with excess lubricant. It was housed in an explosion proof enclosure in the natural gas pumping station. It monitored and recorded compressor run time and the total amount of lubricant it delivered over various time periods.
Software was developed for a modified version to provide micro-lubrication to large air compressors but never marketed.
